The Classic DX Association’s mission is to promote on-air operating facilitated by the use of homebrew apparatus based on designs from the pre-WW2 era.  This was a very fast moving time period in the early history of Amateur Radio communications, with many exciting developments.

Through numerous live demonstrations and participation in various contests throughout the year, we hope to inspire other Amateurs to construct their own equipment to re-create these classic designs from a golden age of radio’s past.
